Lionel Messi reveals the compliment to the coach, Gerardo Martino.
Martino coached Barca official in July last year, after Tito Vilanova decided to resign from his post because intends to focus on healing the disease. Messi then called former coach of Newell's Old Boys is giving a lot of new ideas into the club.
"Every coach has his individual," Messi told reporters.
